LexStream for Tax
Streamline Tax Aspects of FAS 123R
Most corporate tax departments will have one or more problems with FAS 123R throughout the year. The FAS 123R tax deduction has to be allocated to legal entity, excess tax benefits and detriments have to be calculated and tracked in the APIC Pool, and controls need to be in place for auditing purposes that explain exactly how all reports are being calculated.
LexStream's FAS 123R solution predefines several attributes so that when raw stock-compensation data is brought into LexStream, Tax will automatically be provided with the detail it needs. LexStream also uses drill-down capabilities to help manage large amounts of data and will easily integrate with tax solutions and APIC Pools.
